Joining the VPS team is a great opportunity!

Here are some things to consider as you move through the application process.

  1. Communication is Key! If you need to visit with VPS, please give us a call or text. Please remember to be respectful of our office hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is closed Sturday and Sunday and so if you reach out, you will likely not hear back until the next business day.
  2. We believe that our team members are the best! Therefore, we believe that potential team members understand the importance of responsible and proper communication, dressing appropriately for a job interview, and the importance of respecting one another’s time by showing up on time and communicating any potential issues.
  3. We believe that following the law and having a strong moral code are important to successful employment. We know that people mess up and mistakes happen, and we are prepared to offer grace where appropriate. We want people to rise up and work to fade their past and brighten the future! Please know that your chances of success with our company flow from honesty and integrity on your part as well as on the part of VPS.
  4. VPS loves children. But childcare is the responsibility of the employee. Children cannot EVER accompany an employee while working. This policy is in place to protect the child, the employee, VPS, and most importantly, our clients! Additionally, absolutely nobody can accompany a VPS employee to a client location. Only team members are allowed to be on client property. Our insurance does not cover non-employees and/or minor children.
Please know that if you are hired by VPS and your vehicle becomes unreliable or unavailable, you will be removed from the schedule. In addition, please understand that this may result in no available work when your vehicle situation is resolved as we will have to give your assignments to another team member.
At VPS, we ask for your date of birth for the following purposes: Identifying eligibility to work, determining minimum age requirements for certain positions, and conducting background checks.
VisionPro is proud to be a second chance employer and having a criminal background definitely does not exclude you from employment. However, we have to know the nature of all convictions, arrests, and pending legal issues. Our insurance dictates what we can and cannot accept.

We look forward to hearing from you! As a great company to work for, we receive a high volume of applications. If you haven't heard from VPS within two business days, please don’t hesitate to call or text us during business hours to confirm that we received your application.
